Robert Pattinson - POCKET SANDWICHES
This is a lot of fun and easy to do!
You can make 4 huge pocket sandwiches with the following recipe. Add or subtract ingredients and make it your own.
Preheat oven 450F. If you have a pizza stone it should be in oven during preheat.
*DIRECTIONS:
Divide dough into 4 balls.
Flatten out into circles (rolling pin, hands, however you like).
Pick out any combination of ingredients above and place a few tbsp. of each on each circle of dough (just off center so we can fold dough over) - a little sauce, a little meat, cheese, etc.
When you have a nice little mound of good stuff, fold dough over the ingredients, stretching a little and pinch the edges together. You can even fold the edge over itself, giving it a braided look (no leaks). You should have something that looks like a bulging half moon. Repeat with remaining dough.
Place on cookie sheet or pizza stone and bake until golden brown (12-16 minutes).
If your oven is cooler, it will take a little longer.
Let cool a few minutes before cutting or biting (it will be hot!!)
Enjoy!
