Kevin McCann, 47, of Lawrence Township, is charged with two counts of felonious assault and two counts of felony child endangering. According to an article published in the Canton Repository, the part-time Dellroy police officer is accused using a Taser-like device this summer on Christina Robinson's 3-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son.
