OAK HARBOR, Ohio -- The female's body found weighted down with cement blocks in the water at a Lake Erie marina, has been identified.

The Ottawa County Sheriff's office says two men on Jet Skis found 26-year-old Jennifer L. Snively's body, Tuesday in an isolated area of Lamberjack's Marina near Oak Harbor.

The marina is about 20 miles east of Toledo near the Davis-Besse nuclear power plant.

Authorities say her arms had been bound behind her back, her feet were tied together, and the body was weighted down with two large cement blocks.

Investigators think Snively may have been in the water for one to two weeks. Family members met with Ottawa County detectives to identify her body, after seeing pictures of her tattoos on local news broadcasts.
