Rihanna Drops Braylon's Pass
Braylon Edwards dropped a few passes in his days as a Cleveland Browns player, and now a star singer has dropped a pass made by him.

According to a report in the Chicago Tribune, New York Jets wide receiver Braylon Edwards tried to send singer Rihanna a $10,000 bottle of champagne recently at Los Angeles nightclub Wonderland, only to have it returned.

According to the New York Post and several Hollywood gossip Web sites, Edwards and a handful of teammates were at a table near Rihanna, who was out with assistants and singer James Blount at a party sponsored by Las Vegas nightclub The Bank.

Apparently the singer didn't know who Edwards and his teammates were and turned away the gift.

The Post, citing an Edwards representative, said the receiver later introduced himself and the two had a short chat.

Edwards was traded from Cleveland to New York after getting into an altercation with a friend of LeBron James a month ago.
