Pizza Dough 3 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon honey 2 tablespoons olive oil 3/4 cup cold water 1 package(store purchased) dry yeast 1/4 cup warm water All ingredients in mixer except warm and cold water and yeast and honey
Dissolve yeast in warm water for 3 minutes (Activate) Fold in Warm water into dry mixture Fold in Cold water and Honey
Mix for 6 minutes
Rest in cooler to proof for 45 minutes
Sundried Tomato Pesto 1 cup sun dried tomato soaked in water 1 cup fresh basil 1 cup Parmesan cheese 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil salt and Pepper to taste
