A pair of bra and panty thieves make off with thousands of dollars in merchandise.
It happened recently at two area shopping malls, the most recent, at Summit Mall in Fairlawn.
Victoria's Secret is known for its sexy lingerie, panties and bras.
A couple of thieves must think they're hot items because they've been taking quite a few of the store's undergarments.
Police say several stores in Northeast Ohio have been hit, including three stores at Parmatown Mall in nine months.
There are surveillance pictures of the people police believe are involved in the thefts.
There was a theft over the weekend at another Victoria's Secret in Summit Mall, where $8,500 was stolen.
Fairlawn police believe the couple may have come in for a second go round in the store, but then left, creating a diversion by knocking over a sales rack.
When employees ran to see what happened, police say the couple quickly slipped out of the door.
The employees later discovered that 90 bras and 800 panties had been stolen from the store.
Police in Parma believe the thieves are stealing the undergarments to sell on the internet.
Fairlawn Police Detective Dave Zampelli told FOX 8: "Eighty-five-hundred-dollars for a shoplifting is pretty significant. Normally a good shoplifting arrest is maybe hundreds of dollars, or a couple thousand dollars, but again, 85-hundred is pretty significant."
Anyone with information is asked to contact Fairlawn Police.
