The Cleveland Browns announced on Wednesday that Joshua Cribbs has been named AFC Special Teams Player of the Week.

Cribbs returned two punts for a total of 61 yards and returned two kickoffs for a total of 43 yards during the Browns' 13-6 win over the Steelers on Thursday. His first punt return went for 55 yards and allowed the offense to take possession at the opponent's eight-yard line, helping to set up the first score of the game -- a 29-yard field goal by Phil Dawson that happened four plays later.

On offense, Cribbs recorded a career- and game-high 87 rushing yards on eight carries. He also caught a nine-yard pass, for a game-high total of 200 all-purpose yards.

It's the second time in his career that Cribbs has been named AFC Special Teams Player of the Week. He previously won the award on Oct. 4, 2006.
