The final will of Michael Jackson was filed with a court in California. The website TMZ.com has obtained a copy of the document.

According to the will Jackson wanted his mother, Katherine, to be the guardian of his three children in the event of his death.

The will also states, if Katherine could not be the guardian of his children then that responsibility would go to singer Diana Ross.

Estimates on Jackson's net worth at the time of his passing are also reported in the will.
