Stuffed Bell Peppers
Sauce:
1 28oz. Can Tomato Puree
2 Cups Beef Broth
¼ Cup Ketchup
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
½ Tsp Onion Powder
2 Tsp Paprika
½ Tsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
¼ Tsp Baking Soda
Water as Needed

Place all above ingredients into the Crock Pot and whisk to combine. Turn Crock Pot on and cover.

1½lb. Lean Coarsely Ground Beef or Pork or Veal or Lamb or Combination
